Drive U.S. Highway 2, turning north at the Index turnoff. Drive 15 miles on North Fork Skykomish River Rd and turn left on Forest Road 63. Drive the gravel road two miles to the trailhead.
CRISIS AVERTED! The batteries in my camera died just before we got to the lake. Fortunately, Ann brought her spy cam and we were able to get a few shots!
